Refund Policy

Refunds and Credits
Due to the nature of the services being sold, ADW cannot offer refunds after a service has been delivered to a customer.  In the event of an outage that lasts 24 hours or more ADW may be able to offer credits for service equal to the amount of time of the outage.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Services
Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed on the monthly "anniversary" of your original sign up date.

Due to the nature of the products and services being sold, we can not issue a refund for an automatic renewal after it has been processed.  But monthly customers may cancel their accounts at any time effective immediately and will receive a pro rated amount of the monthly service fee.

You can access and edit your account information at any time by following these steps:

2. Click on "Quick Links".

3. Click on H-Sphere Login

4. Enter your login id and password.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting the information that you provide us when you make purchases from us and use our services.

Your Information
Your information consists of personally identifiable information collected or received about you when you make purchases from us, when you register with us, or when you log in as a registered user and interact with our products and services. Your information may include (a) registration-related information (such as name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address); (b) transaction-related information (such as credit card or other preferred means of payment, or a history of products purchased through us); (c) information about your visits to our web sites, pages and services; (d) your responses to our offerings and advertisements; (e) information about the features or offerings you use from us; (f) your billing and shipping information; (g) customer service information; and (h) other information specifically related to your use of a particular feature or offering. How This Information is Used

Your information may be shared within Adaptive Data Works, LLC. and their respective business divisions. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary to fulfill a transaction you have requested, or in other circumstances in which you have consented to the sharing of your information. We may use your information to present offers to you on behalf of business partners and advertisers.

In the event that our ownership was to change as a result of a merger or acquisition by another company, your information may be transferred. We will provide you notice prior to any such transfer of your information.

From time to time you may receive e-mail or hard copy mail from us notifying you of new reports that we believe will be of interest to you and your company. Any e-mails that you receive will provide an option to remove your name from future mailings.

Security
We make available a secure page for entering sensitive information, protected by industry-standard SSL encryption technology. This technology encrypts your information prior to transmitting it over the Internet.

We maintain the confidential information you provide us in a secure database. Except for those data elements that are necessary for authorizing credit card purchases, your confidential information is not retransmitted. Data elements needed to authorize credit card purchases are transmitted via ADW’s secure SSL-encrypted link to Authorize.net. Please keep in mind that while we have established safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of you information, we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, in the event of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or our policies).
