To add your credit / bank card to your hosting account do the following:


1. Go to http://www.myadw.com
2. Click on Quick Links.
3. Click on H-Sphere Login.
4. In the blanks provided, fill in your account login and password that were created when the account was created.
5. After logging in, click on Billing->Billing Profile.
6. Next to "Edit Billing Profile" and select "Credit Card" and click Edit.
7. Complete all appropriate blanks and click Add.
8. This will make the credit card active in your account and begin billing the credit card for your services.
9. You may log out of H-Sphere.

* How do I set up Outlook to check my mail hosted by ADW?

1. Go to http://www.myadw.com
2. Click on "Outlook Settings" in the left navigation bar.
3. Follow the directions there and you're home free.

* I've been an ADW customer for a long time and have my websites on the Cobalt servers. Why do we have to move to the new H-Sphere system.



We've been using Sun Cobalt RAQ servers for our hosting solution ffrom the beginning of our company in 2001. Though quirky at times, boy were they great! But Sun decided to discontinue making and supporting them. The internet and web hosting industry has made valiant efforts to continue supporting them and patching them, but there is very little support for these boxes now. They are vulnerable to many different hacking attacks and nothing (or very little) that ADW can do about these vulnerabilities.

We have decided along with many of the Cobalt hosting companies to move to another platform. After much deliberation, we chose H-Sphere from Positive Software (http://www.psoft.net). H-Sphere is a full featured web hosting platform that resides on Linux and Windows servers. We've been running our H-Sphere implementation since November of 2004 and enjoyed its power and features.

* How do I get into my web mail account?



1. Go to http://www.myadw.com
2. Click on Quick Links.
3. There are two links for web mail. Select the link that's right for you and enter the appropriate log in and password information.

Be sure that you are using your full email address as your username. If this persists, call ADW Tech Support. (See http://www.myadw.com -> Quick LInks for contact information.)

Be sure you are using your full email address as your login id / user name. If that does not work, view the Outlook Settings and use those settings as a guide for setting up your email client.

* How do I change my email password?




1. Go to http://www.myadw.com
2. Click on Quick Links.
3. Click on WebMail Login - SQWebMail. There is a different WebMail login link, but it does not have the ability to change passwords.
4. Log in to SQWebMail using their full email address as the User Id.
5. Click on Preferences.
6. At the bottom of the preferences page, enter the old password and double enter the new password and click Change Password.
7. Then click Log Out.

* Does ADW backup my website and email and databases?



ADW performs a monthly full backup and daily incremental backups. The incremental backups are kept for a week. ADW will restore your data for a $50 per incident/request. We make no warranties on our backups and encourage our users to make and keep their own backups of their data.

* What is the cost for restoring data from backup?

The charge for data restoration is $100 per incident, providing that your files are contained in the backup files.
